I just couldn't do it anymore. Weird, right. I'd still been going to work despite everything... then one morning, I just couldn't bring myself to do it.

I think that's normal. Sometimes, you have to repress everything just to get through the day, but all those things are still being kept somewhere in the back of your mind.

I decided on a trip to Saga so I could try and get away from that stuff.

Thinking... maybe I could go back to school. I got up to a Masters before I decided to work instead. Could get a Doctorate. Work overseas.

I see. To be honest, I would love to travel more, but even this much is pushing the limits of what my family would accept...

So I might be biased, but if you get the chance, I think it wouldn't be a bad idea to take it.

My mom's kind of unsure about it. You know how safe Japan is. She's worried about me going somewhere else that might not be as safe.

...I think I just need something different though. Even though I will be kind of leeching on my parents' kindness until I can get that degree...
